“Poor Customer service”

Having recently purchased a dress from asos costing me £78, I am reluctant to return it to receive a refund because of all the poor reviews I'be read on asos's lack of customer service and their disgusting habits of stealing from customers by refusing to give them a full refund even when the item has been returned. In addition to this the length of time you have to wait for your refund is despicable, it doesn't take them long to empty out your bank account but when things don't go according to plan they take forever to return to you what is rightfully yours which is YOUR MONEY, asos you need to seriously start treating your customers with a lot more respect because loyal customers are now shopping elsewhere because of your diabolical 'customer service'. I will never shop with you again.

Hey, I'm deeply saddened and also alarmed to hear you are feeling this way about our service. I can assure you that is most unusual for us to not receive a return back, and refunds usually take no longer than 5-10 working days to reach a bank account. We advise that when sending back a return to please keep hold of your return postage receipt, as this becomes your insurance incase a parcel doesn't reach us.
