“Promo code didn't work”

First time shopping with Asos. Needed items express and even though I thought I'd selected express post option, only afterwards did I realise that it wasnt selected. Has o cancel order and repurchase. Second time ordering and I could not enter the promo code because according to Asos I'd already used the code! My mistake of not selected express cost me $15.05! And to top it off- I didn't get my items in time! Needed them express and they came 4 days later!!!
