“Terrible Customer Service”

I placed my order Sept 21st with an anticipated delivery date on or before oct 3rd. I live in Vancouver Canada and was planning to wear the outfit for my baby shower. I am now STRESSING out! I attempted to contact ASOS online but the email bounced back stating ASOS's email is full. I'm furious and feel like I've been scammed. I WOULD NOT recommend them as a reliable international company. Terrible service, no contact number for customer service, and unreliable information!
