I purchased a pair of sweatpants from asos but I got a completely different pair. They have got the same order number but totally a different pair from the posted pics on their website, and the quality of the pants I received was way way down. Thinking that I was scammed by what I receivI am returning the item, hoping they could process the refund right away. I was thinking that I got scammed coz this is the first time it happened to me with online shopping. Also, the item that I received was not even on their website. Weird! Now, I am having a big concern regarding my second order which I did purchase before I received the prior order which was a big disappointment, that I would be experiencing the same situation again.
