“Worst customer service ever!”

I returned an item weeks ago and have not had am email to confirm if they have received it, let alone a refund!
I have sent 5 emails, all of which has been ignored. I cannot find a phone number for them.
I don't know how they get away with this, because they are robbing people!
I am unsure what to do from here.
