I have placed an order at the end of July, I'm yet to receive it. I have already sent 2 emails, and I keep being ignored. I have to say this is the worst experience I've had with costumer service so far!!!

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been waiting since July for your order. I can totally understand your frustrations with this. I'd also like to apologise that you've not received a response to your emails.
