“Worst shopping experience ever!!!!”

I ordered a pair of white dainty converse off asos on the 29th of July and they were due to arrive by the 5th of August. I was really looking forward to receiving my parcel but it never came. I contacted asos through email 3 times and I even had to ring my post office to see did they have my parcel. But they hadn't received it either. I contacted asos through twitter then and they claimed it got lost on he way. They asked would I like a replacement or refund so I went for replacement because at the end of the day I want the shoes!! They now don't have my size so they are refunding my money.. Ver disappointed!!! Will ever shop here again
