First time shopping at ASOS and got screwed over big time. $500 Package never delivered. No refund. No customer service. DO NOT SHOP AT ASOS! I'M WARNING YOU! YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS AND THEN THEY DON'T SENT THEM!

Really sorry to hear this is how you feel, I understand not getting your goodies would be really frustrating.

We'd never want you to left without your goods or money, I'd like to check this out for you.

HI that is really bad. I had the same thing happen over a week ago. I'd paid for express shipping and had a $400 order. I fought with the couriers and ASOS for over a week before they determined it was "lost in the system". They gave me a full refund though,. Keep trying - if they can't prove it was delivered, they can't charge you. Good Luck.
