I love asos, and usually love the clothes i get from there, however!!! On the 4/6/2013 i ordered a present (with 2 day delivery, at $10 extra - a lot for a student) that i needed for a birthday party, it's now the 7/6/2013 and according to the tracking website it's not even in australia yet. I needed that present, and forked out a lot of money to get it delivered in time. Now it won't be here until monday and i have to turn up to my best friends 19th empty handed.

Holy cr4p they really do just generate the same messages. Hey ASOS better find the place on the internet where customers are really speaking their mind about your awful services!!! Considering you do not respond to emails, or just cancel orders
