Awful service. We bought a seat that was supposed to be new but was delivered to us broken and scratched. No response to emails and nobody answers the phone. Scroll down - you'll see we aren't the only ones. Hopefully this review will get their attention!

I’ve just received my Out n about double pushchair that I only ordered yesterday!! I didn’t pay for next day delivery so I’m super impressed. I’m also pleased that not only was the rain cover included but also the basket for under the buggy. All for a very competitive price. Many thanks

We needed a stage 3 car seat for our little girl and popped in today to see what the options were. I was very impressed with the range of seat for all stages on display and not just the brands you see in major retailers. We were able to look at and try out four different seats, though the final decision was down to a little girl who knows her own mind. A great hidden gem which is well worth a visit.

I ordered a pushchair and matching carrycots from the website that were supposedly 'in stock'. 2 weeks passed with no word - emailed to require and told pushchair would be sent next day. The delivery was then repeatedly scheduled and delayed for the next 4 weeks before it finally arrived in a used and battered cardboard box - my twin babies had actually arrived by the time it was finally delivered. To add to that the twin carrycots that were supplied were both for right hand configurations, so useless as a pair. I had to go direct to the manufacturer to source and buy a replacement rather than go through this useless company again

ordered the day before and it arrived next day and I hadn't even paid for next day delivery. Rang prior to ordering and asked if they had a certain colour in stock. All came packaged well. I was a bit unsure about ordering a car seat online having only found them on google, but I will be buying from them again, soon. Definitely recommend.

Really excellent service. Item I ordered was out of stock. Had an email the day after ordering informing me of this and offering an alternative which I did not want. Also, needed the item by a nearby specific date. Received my purchase by date I specified and the delivery service fantastic. Received notification by txt 24hrs before delivery and given an hour window the day of delivery again by txt. Item purchased was extremely well packaged giving maximum protection. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Pushchairs and Car Seats were so helpful with our two car seats after we put them into our new car. Their knowledge, help and time in making sure the seats were safe was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Customer service was really superb. They explained things clearly and seemed to have genuine concern that the seat were fitted correctly.

£19...odd for delivering a rain cover to Scotland...you're having a laugh! I've had furniture delivered from London for less.

Product advertised as ex display, but in poor condition and heavily marked. Did accept a return, but despite photos of bad markings emailed upon delivery they still argued that the item was immaculate. Full refund was given, but this experience would make me think twice before buying again sadly.

I have used this company twice now and both times I have been more than pleased with the customer service provided. The delivery of my first order was delayed but they contacted me immediately to advise me of this and kept in contact to advise me of the delivery date. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

After having some trouble with another company i stumbled across Pushchairs and Car Seats. A quick call to check stock and they have got the item out of the warehouse before i had placed my order! Received notification of dispatch almost immediately. Great service and highly recommended!

I ordered a beach shelter UV 50+ large it was delivered next day! The item is better than I expected and I cant believe a noon or lunchtime order via paypal (you can pay by other means) meant a next day delivery for only 3.75 UK Mainland Item is perfect we are very happy with it and looking forward to sunny day to try out on the beach - best still its UV 50+ so will provide cool shade and comes in own carry bag and not heavy I'm female and would have no problem carrying this. Would highly recommend this company and only found them yesterday. Many thanks
