Absolutely awful company, poorly packaged item arrive damaged. Took them 7 days to respond to my complaint and another 6 days for their courier to return the item to them. Replacement that they sent out to me was exactly the same damaged item I had returned previously. Another 15 days before I finally got a refund, customer service team were unapologetic and lazy, making no effort to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Emails sent to the directors of the Company have been ignored. Truly appalling attitude and can't believe they have won awards in the past. Would not recommend, maybe its OK if nothing goes wrong but this Company is not a customer friendly one.
