We ordered a car seat and two isofix bases.Got a prompt e-mail telling us they didn't have the color we'd ordered in stock, but they would honor the price with the new 2015 color if we wanted it. So far so good - agreed to take the new color (note money was immediately taken even before we'd accepted this).One week later nothing had arrived so I e-mailed the company for an update. They promptly replied apologizing and promised the items the following week, Mon/Tues. I gave them until the Friday of the following week, e-mailed again. Again they promptly replied saying they were sorry and the items would be with us on Tues and the courier would contact us with a delivery time. Note this is now nearly 3 weeks from the original order and from payment being taken. At this stage I phoned them to confirm this was actually happening and spoke to a very rude man. No apologies, no explanation, simply said that if that's what the e-mail said then that's what would happen. I pointed out at this stage that my experience so far contradicted this claim at which point he said "what do you want me to do about it"? I should have cancelled the order at this point, but thought I would at least wait until "Tues"...again! Tuesday came, no delivery, so I attempted to phone. Note it was very difficult to get hold of anybody at the company, by phone. I therefore e-mailed telling them I was cancelling and wanted a refund ASAP (this is now around 4 weeks since they took payment and delivered nothing). No response so I continued to try to phone. Eventually another rude man, possibly the same one answered the phone. I explained I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund. I explained whay and there was no apology, no explanation, he just said ok, but you'll need to send a request in writing. I explained that I had done this, but it had been ignored. He said "what do you expect, we can't respond to everything"!!! At this stage I became quite cross and demanded my refund immediately. His response - you can't have it immediately it'll take 5 days! This was now nearly a fortnight ago - still no refund. It is now in the hands of the credit card fraud prevention team!!
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm usually very careful who I deal with, but on this one occasion I didn't read all the reviews first. Lesson learned! Fortunately I paid by credit card so will be able to reclaim money from them. I would urge anyone not to use this company.
