“Bad shopping experience”

When I ordered a carseat (Britax Kidfix) from the glasgowpramcentre I made a payment, which I thought had gone through. Wrong. I get a mysterious email saying I made a part paymeny, and can I please log in and pay the rest. I had not made an account, as I was only interested in the carseat. So I phone them, and I get told by some really rude people that it is my fault and I should have had a 3d enabled credit card. Do they state this on the website? No! Do they state this in an email? No! Can they take the payment over the phone? No. So I make an account, Order the item (says: add to basket, other items' Pre-order', I pay with a different card, I get an email thanking me for the payment, I check on the account: Payment received! Yay! Later on the day, the order is progressed for 'Payment Received' to 'Processed'. We are in business! Nope, the next day I get a call saying that the goods are not in stock, and I have to wait three weeks! But my payment has been taken... The discussion that followed was not a pleasant one, staff do not care, do not want to see the side of the customer. So I asked for a refund. Guess what: I have to wait three to five days for that as well. So their webshop is not accurate, the payment system is dishonest and their reimbursement slow. I do not trust these people anymore.
