After seeing adverts I at least thought Virgin would have a good poker game. I invested £10 of wasted money to get a £20 bonus. After seeing the poor software setup etc I tried to get my money back. That was not an option so I just spent it as quickly as possible. Avoid Avoid come on Virgin you should be embarrassed by this software and the total setup

When I first joined Virgin Games I thought it was a great site. I mostly play slots only and I had some good wins at the beginning. However, there has been a change and it is not my imagination. The gameplay has become very poor on a lot of the games - that is a lot of spins with either no return at all or very low return, mostly much lower than the stake amount. The bonus round and free spins don't occur very often either and if they do the pay out is low. I even had free spins that paid out nothing at all. I understand gambling is a case of winning some and losing some, I don't expect to win all the time, I am not naïve. Nevertheless, I don't expect to constantly lose either, no-one's luck is that bad and if, as they say, all the games are random they should throw up some winnings now and again. When I contacted Virgin to voice my concerns I was quickly told nothing on the site had changed, all the games were random and that the site was fully regulated. I was also told to take a break if I wasn't enjoying my time on the slots and that it was an "entertainment" site and I should not expect to win all the time. Avoid Virgin Games I say - something very wrong here!

I had closed a checking account that I had on file because of fraudulent use. Virgin Casino said I couldnt remove any accounts and that they where well protected. Guess what they are not. Somehow someone out there was able to figure out how to use that account through the Certegy Check Service who was funding them. In return my bank was denying them funds because of the closed account, but they Certegy Service kept supplying them with money before notifying my bank, so now this falls on me. What a mess!!!!!! This will get cleared up but I guess my point is dont trust them and DO NOT use a checking account on the site for deposits.

The poker is terrible. There's 4 players who all have an amount in their box. When you get knocked out, it reveals how much you could have won, Which is nearly always a tasty amount, when you win, it always seems to be the minimum, double your stake.

If these lot (and Jackpotjoy, Starspins, all the same company) are properly regulated then i'm a Chinaman. No doubt with the money they rake in from the fixed games they can easily afford to bung the regulator a few quid to keep em sweet. If you manage to get a decent win as a new player, TAKE IT, WITHDRAW IT AND DO NOT RETURN. Once you reach a certain loss level to them (ie profit for you) your account will be switched to a different system and you will LOSE CONSTANTLY I guarantee it. Games that paid out reasonably well before will take your money faster than a dodgy prostitute, refusing to pay out even moderate amounts. Its obvious they target people who think increasing the stake the game will continue to pay out, WRONG! Hilariously they bang on about 'responsible gaming' while offering up to £200 a spin! No different than the 'crack cocaine' machines found in betting shops - and VIP, pah another way to say, we're taking all that money you won with interest thanks. Please please please do yourself a massive favour and AVOID!!!

Signed up played £70 won £170 , tried my luck again later that evening lost the £170 spent another £300 then got a £1000 win happy days. Spent £100 won £280 up to £1180. then It promptly ate £600 with nothing back before a nice £400 win. So I spent £370 of my money and cashed out at £960 up £590 my pay out was successful just received confirmation email. I was playing road to riches slots on 20 lines at 10p so £2 per play it took 5 hours . Higher amount didn't pay out more lower not enough. Begineers luck? I reckon so . I did not accept the welcome bonus as it ties you into wagering comittments I don't think work in the players favour. You need a decent float to play this game it can just chew money . Don't just waste £20. Can be a bit laggy and the game dropped out a few times per hour. Don't tell your wife I got an earfull despite winning.

This site will take your money from you, I never made a profit (some of the games are OK, but similar to other sites). Don't dare criticise them for any losses as the usual response is GL (good luck) and it's not fixed and we're regulated. After posting factual amounts of losses on the chat service and the joke of the special features paying out miserly amounts they have closed my account without a word. I never lied to the amount of loss but they obviously don't want to broadcast it. I have found Paddy Power games far more value for money. When you start gambling £10 stakes and lose £500 (really happened) in about ten minutes - you are being conned by a 'regulated' site. Don't join - it will suck you in and you'll be banned for posting any bad news.

I've been a virgin player for few months now. today as I was playing on this site I made a comment that I would love to win £100 to pay some of my bills with or buy shoes and then this host name Marla said she would love to talk to me privately I said fine. ok so it is a trusted site with various payment methods and decent bonuses. The problem with these bonuses for most sites is that your wagering requirements are so ridiculously high that if you actually want to win you're gonna have to win big. If you lose your initial deposit + bonus then any more money u deposit will still have to play through that initial wagering requirement.  I'd rather risk it and not take the bonus in chance I'd get lucky and win a little! I think the whole bonus thing is to get you hooked onto their games. Virgin games themselves aren't great. Sure, there is a decent range to choose from but no great video slots and no big developers like netent. If I were to recommend someone to go somewhere it would probably be bgo or mrgreen.
