i made a deposit and was told i was refused the welcome bonus I asked for a reason and they said in terms and conditions they do not need to do so. i then withdrew and closed my account, they asked for a reason and i told them why and they did not care. Disreputable spammers.  I am strongly anti-gambling and would never sign up to a gambling site. I have received unsolicited emails from this company without an unsubscribe link. When I request they unsubscribe my email, (3 separate messages so far), they refuse to - asking for my postcode and date of birth and insisting I signed up with one of their 'sister sites'. There is no way I would provide this potentially compromising information to anyone over email, and certainly not to a site with terrible online reviews like this one. Says it's a site 'for ladies' but their response to me was gaslight central: "I can understand the frustration of questions regarding to an account you believe you do not hold." I've played at pink casino for at least 3-4 months spending well over £2000 in deposits. I finally won £1200 7 days ago and requested a withdrawal. 7 days later I've been asked to provide photo ID, bank statement & a copy of the card I used. Each day there has been a new email asking for additional information. Today I've been asked for a photo of a card I first used which has expired. I advised I no longer had this card as it wasn't in use. To which I've been asked to write them a letter confirming I used this card and to sign the letter. It's never ending & most frustating. Why wasn't this information asked for before depositing to avoid this scenario, in my mind the same rules should apply. I'd avoid this casino, if you win big they will delay payment to you. Update I've just now been asked for a letter from my bank confirming my old card is no longer in use. There withdrawl process is very very slow you have to leave it processing for 48 hours before they will attually complete the withdrawal mainly because they want you to Cancel it and continue spending your winnings but everytime you cancel the withdrawl to take some out the 48 hours start all over again so leave it alone lol So after the 48 hours I just messaged them again in the chat and the withdraw was completed there and then and got sent to my account... Overall I thought it was a great sight good games and good wins. Just a shame the withdraw process is just very long as really it doesn't need to be...
