I base my opinion of a company on how they handle the little rather than big things.My query after purchase was handled swiftly and in time for my trip. Can't fault the product otherwise the service. Box is of good quality and sturdy design. Roof bars were a little fiddly first time round, but I got the hang of it. Very pleased with the products purchased.
