I needed a roof rack or roof bars to transport some ladders. I searched on line and found the Roof Box Company. After looking at the website I was uncertain about which model to choose and I had some questions about the various merits of the models in the range. I telephoned the company and spoke to a member of the sales team who was very knowledgeable of the range of products and steered me to what I was looking for. I placed my order there and then and it arrived two days later. I was totally satisfied with my dealings with this company.
