Shocking service - took payment for my order and sent email conformation that the tyres had been dispatched. I chased them up after nothing arrived for 7 days. Waited for some one to get back to me and then received an email stating they had cancelled my order. Have not received any refund so now starting proceedings with credit card company to recover my payment. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY PLEASE AVOID. I have no tyres after two weeks and am due to use the camper van this weekend for family trip and can not due to and not looking forward to telling my children.

Ordered 2 tyres / "stated 4 were in stock " Then emailed to say order cancelled, as no stock? And did not know when new stock would arrive. Never had this happen before, with any other companies .would shop elsewhere!

Tyres ordered on Thursday delivered the following Monday am, from Germany.Brilliant service and the prices are the best around even when you add in the cost of delivery and fitting. thoroughly recommended. Many thanks.

I searched online and these were the cheapest by far for a set of 4 ,pilot sport 3's 245/40/18 I ordered at 3:45pm and the next day just before 10am they were at my door . How could I not leave a review for that service :)

OK just completed my second internet purchase from lovetyres. 5 star service. Fantastic. The hiccup was when a pair were separated at the local depot. By the time it was realised the van was well on it's way, only one tyre was delivered. A short phone call to lovetyres led to a return call and profuse apologies from all concerned, absent tyre was delivered next morning. So why am I giving 5 stars?, OK their delivery service had a mix up. But it was dealt with and there were problems. Let's be honest here, not even the mighty Amazon can match this level of service!

Ordered on-line, given date for fitting but something came up so I phoned their customer services number, phone answered quickly and even arranged for me to pop in the very same day for fitting. Price was cheapest on line and off line, fitting quick and easy, even got a low down on how run flat systems work! I've read a couple of bad reviews and feel from my experience these are unjustified and probably very isolated cases.

Looking for a pair of front tyres Michelin Diamaris 275 40 20 106Y N1 for the Porsche Cayenne, called a few of the large companies for quotes , prices were very expensive some did not know what the N rating was for the tyre. So went online , found Love Tyres , website very clear, price amazing , cheaper than I expected and also had in stock. After a phone call, to confirm the tyres and check on delivery times. Placed order on 14/02/13 at 15.30pm and tyres arrived the next day 15/02/13 10.45am. This is what customer service should be !

Needed to order a single Bridgestone ER300 [215/55 R17 94v or better] for my Toyota Avensis. [Long story short: Car dealer fitted one new and one very worn tyre on front axle of 2nd hand car which needed to be rectified ASAP {3mm vs 8.5mm)] Ordered on Friday 14/12/2012 at 10:15 delivered on Monday 17/12/2012 at 10:40. Best of all, it was the last one in stock and was priced at £82.20 + £10 delivery. Best I could find anywhere else (in stock) £166 + delivery. Delivery cost was high as only ordered 1 Tyre, cost for 4 Tyres would, I believe, not be much more. Still happy as it was what I wanted, when I wanted it. Happy to only have to buy 1 Tyre but would prefer to fit Michelin Primacy 3. A much better Tyre all round. Will definitely change to these when the Tyres are worn out.

I made an online purchase for 4 winter tyres. . The estimated delivery time was 3-4 days. I received an email confirming the order. I received a voicemail saying delivery would be a few days more than originally indicated. I did not receive the tyres when scheduled so I called customer services and was told there was a delay from the manufacturer but the tyres would be with me within 5 days. When I still did not receive them I called again. The man I spoke to was surprised and thought it had been sorted. He then checked and found out that my tyres were delayed indefinitely and could not give me a delivery date. He then tried to sell me some snowchains! I WAS NOT HAPPY. At no time did anyone contact me to inform me of any delay once the order was confirmed and if I hadn't called, I'd still be waiting! Because of the delay, I then struggled (and still struggling) to get the tyres I need as the weather took a turn for the worse and supplies were limited. I had been a customer of PneusOnline but decided to try Lovetyres as they were UK based. So much for loyalty!
