Ordered an item for collection on the Monday. Went to the shop nut it hadn't arrived, told to call back next day. I asked them to contact me when it arrived. Also contacted their customer service who take about 3 hours to respond to an email. I was asked for my order number which I sent. Later they asked which shop I was collecting the order from so I sent that. Wednesday morning they send me an email telling me to contact the branch to find out what was happening. I eventually rang them only to be told that my order had not arrived and they didn't know when it would.

This the second time I've had this problem with them...NEVER AGAIN
