Shocking service at Basingstoke E.C.P Store

There is nothing at all that can be said in favour of the branch or the staff. BAD service and worse aftercare not competitive pricing on this occasion. If you plan ahead your always able to get better pricing but they rely on the customer buying short notice and popping down to the local store.

No matter what you do click and collect or turn up at the store for advise and order take a book and a packed lunch you will not "be back shortly love just popping down for my collection I reserved online yesterday".

There is no good time to go down it is one chap on the desk almost abusing the customers as he cant cope with the workload and got to be sick of 7 days a week hearing everyone gripe about the time to get served despite at least a dozen right behind him ignoring the customers plea's for assistance then there is the car park full of vans collecting or delivering parts so parking is poor and always AT LEAST 3 out the front smoking (surely this could be done out of public view).

I am not wealthy but having had 100% poor service on 5 occasions in 3 weeks myself plus the dozens of complaints I have witnessed in store on each of these visits from other customers I will always pay more to get the service I don't have time to spend in this store.

Head office is very helpful a little begging for a personal review which is nothing when you have already torn your hair out over the local store that can do nothing for you.
