Worst service ever

Worst service I have ever received. I placed an order. Got an email saying one of the parts was back order. The email didn't say I had to do anything, but I replied anyway asking which part was back order and requesting the other parts get sent asap. Nobody replied A week goes by- I'm not that concerned, the email said it would be seven days for delivery. Time goes on. I send an email complaining about the wait. I got an email from the person I dealt with in the escalation team asking me to get in touch - I send him two further emails asking what's happening. Eventually I called and was told that none of my order had been processed because they were waiting for my go ahead due to the back order. They process my order, including the back order. So about another week later I have my parts, and a cleaning kit as a goodwill gesture. I email again saying I'm not happy about the wait. I get a call from a lovely lady expressing her concern and promising an investigation. She says she will email me. She doesn't. This weekend I finally have time to do the job I wanted to do a month ago. Turns out I've been sent the wrong spark plugs - fair play I never checked them myself, but the whole point of the website taking your reg is that you only get parts that fit. So now I'm out of pocket and have paid over the odds to go to another supplier for the right parts. And due to work I won't have chance to do the job I started 4 weeks ago for another week. All of this boils down to terrible customer service I will never use the company again. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. Save yourself the effort of dealing with a company that couldn't give a flying F about service - go to your local parts shop. If I could give less stars I would. If anyone at Euro wants a look at this perhaps you could use my experience as a training exercise- as an example of how to P someone about until they are exhausted by your ineptitude
