We didn't even fill out the form on there site we simply looked at there site to see what the process would be. Then we got hammered with phone calls, what's app messages and emails always 4/5 times a day! When I eventually took one of the calls I thought ok let's out of interest see what they would offer me. It was an absolutely ridiculous offer that they came back with. I told them no thanks and that was 2 months ago. Since telling them no i still got the same calls, texts and emails and they would leave me an annoying phone message every call asking me am I still selling my van. I blocked every number they called of and they still call and leave messages.even today I got a voicemail. Basically I wouldn't give them a nod in the desert.

Spoke to advisor from We buy any van and quote was received. Spoke to advisor and quote price that was offered in writing was accepted and pick up was arranged. A conformation email was sent out and date and time of collecting was included in email as well as agreed price. Day of collection no show from the company. I had to call see what was happening. I was told that they had decided that it wasn’t worth there while. I too was obviously not worth their time to inform me of the changes. I could not believe that they couldn’t have even pick up the phone or email me to let me know. I had spent time and money having fencing moved so that they could pick up the van easily we had even discussed size of my drive and so on for the ease of collecting. They are a time wasting shoddy company with no respect for honest customers and are so complacent and arrogant that they can’t even inform the customer if they decide to back out on their confirmed written agreement. I was told to calm down and have a coffee! Unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t waste your time because they will.

Where to start!! What a farce it turned out selling to this company and I would strongly advise anyone selling to ensure they don't have to go though what I went through. I got a quote on the website and booked in to sell the van, all was good and as per expected they knocked some money off for bits and bobs. The scratches were a little harsh as barely visible but we agreed a price and then shaked hands sealing the deal. We went through all the paperwork and signed the contract, funds were promised in my account the next day. Next day I miss a call and get the voicemail about 5:30, something wrong with paperwork. The V5 does not exactly match my business name so they can't pay until I produce a letter from accountant. I told them I could not get this paperwork straight away and I wanted the van back. This was refused so I drove straight up to the office and demanded the money in my account or van back. Both were refused so I made it perfectly clear I would not be leaving without the van. First call was to area manager. This guy was the most arrogant person I have ever heard on the phone and it was lucky he was not there as I fear the situation would have escalated very quickly. He told the manager to tell me to leave and call the police if I refused. We then had to call somebody else to try and get the situation resolved, after about 45 minutes common sense prevailed and I was given the keys to my van back. Whoever we finally spoke to actually had a brain on their shoulders and knew how to use it. I left with the van happy that we had managed to resolve the situation with minimal hassle although I confess initially my blood pressure was going through the roof. So I have the van, I am happy and carry on as I might have another buyer anyway. Saturday morning I get a letter from DVLA telling me I am no longer the registered keeper! They had only gone and registered the van in their name before paying me. I have now had to write to DVLA to get a new log book, probably another owner on the log book and I can't sell the van until I receive the new log book. It has to be said this has been a joke from start to finish, although they were very polite in the office and did try to help. It was only due to my insistence and my point blank refusal to leave the office that I got the van back. I am now emailing to make a complaint and ask for some compensation. I will update the review once I have had feedback If you want to buy a van make sure you are happy with the paperwork first and pay for the van before you transfer details over to yourselves. What a joke this company is

Left waiting for nearly an hour because their computer 'double booked' my appointment. The guy who left me waiting did not once acknowledge my presence despite me waiting next to him in the yard whilst he looked over another car. complete and utter waste of my time.

First of all I was offered £6750 for my van (Citroen berlingo enterprise 64 plate with 30k miles). It was less than what I thought it was worth but needed to sell it quick to not lose out on a sale of a vehicle I wanted to buy. 5 days later, I went to select location of where I'd like to take my van and low and behold my new valuation was now £6050! Was told on the phone, they were in higher demand of vans the week prior but was also told that they would get someone from head office to call to see if we could come to an agreement on a price. 3 days later no call, so I called back to be told by a rude member of staff that they are not buying my vehicle as I work within the automotive industry! I did dents, that's it. I asked on what grounds can they not buy it and they said it's company policy. Absolute joke of a place. Not only did I waste a week, but there is no sufficient reason for them to not be allowed to buy from people who work in any automotive field of work. Shambles of a company. Stay well away

I would like to ask this company where they get their prices from or should I say guestimates.I had a quote online of just over £13,000 for a 2015 Ford Ranger Limited ,12,000 miles, that's before they nitpicked any minor marks. No way we're they getting a fee for downgrading it even more.Needless to say I would not deal with this company.

From the moment you arrive for the 'inspection' they find ways of reducing the online valuation. A 10 year old van is marked down due to a small scratch. Reduced valuation by over 35 percent. Complete waste of time. They are clearly paid on how much they can reduce the offer. Preston Branch of webuyanyvan.com

Online valuation below market value by at least £300/£500 Visited offices they then marked my van down again by another £300. The sales assistant never shoke my hand on arrival offices were a little basic and trampy a little bit del boyish. Complete waste of time tv adverts very good real life a complete shambles company owned by car auctioneers. I have had travellers offer me more money for my van. Company should be called. We buy your van for the price we want your van.com. Jokers.

I thought I might take the hassle out of selling our company van, and give them a go. What a waste of my time! never again!

We were offered a valuation online of £3,200. When we got there, we were told that their website was wrong and picking up the details of our vehicle incorrectly, and therefore they would only offer us £1,050. Not very happy at all. A very big difference in price once you get there. They are supposed to guarantee their valuation but that is not the case. My advice, is don't bother with them.

I accepted the online valuation of £22600 for my vw transporter within 7 days, but when I went to the appointment I was offered £20,300! The man agreed that it looked like the van 'hadn't been used', but auction prices had been lower last week. What, 10% lower in a week??! Because the appointment had been more than 7 days after the valuation they revalued it; says on the website that they will let me know if there is a significant difference between actual and offered price.. Rubbish, no contact, complete and utter waste of my time, suffice to say I left with my van. Guess what, I've just had an email offering £20,900! It's a NO from me.

I agreed a price on the phone after describing my van as in good condition. The van was then inspected by a 3rd party representative after this agreement who noted a few defects. Despite the defects the inspector described the van as one of the cleanest vans in the best condition he had seen, I contacted a recommended Lunar dealer who quoted for the repairs which came to less than £200 This would have presented the van in showroom condition. We buy any van wanted to reduce the price by £750 (Apparently this is common practice) I had been offered the same price from a third party dealer prior to we buy any van made their offer and only entered into a deal because We buy any van agreed to collect my van and guarenteed a no hassle sale.(Not the case as I was left waiting ages then subjected to waffle) You would have to be desperate to sell your van to this company, Shop around.Or cut out this middle man company and approach a dealer yourself and get more money.

I can now vouch for Car buying websites to sell our cars after selling 3, all to 3 different companies- wewantanycar, webuyanycar and carbuyingmachine in the past 6 months. Bye bye to auto trader and private sales, phone calls, haggles, test drives and having to give a sales pitch. I sell cars the way I like to buy them (motorpoint, cargiant). You pay the price on the sticker. No haggles, no pressure and no sales pitch. webiyanycar goes through the car with paint density checking instrument. so if your has been repainted then Wewantanycar. Again if many minor dents or scratches wewantanycar. If immaculate like my range rover was then webuyanycar who offered the best price in the country compared to 7 other Carbuying websites. Do your homework, have a price in mind and be ready to walk away if you are not sure.

I sold my van yesterday to the bournemouth branch. The member of staff was very polite and helpfull. I received the full price quoted on the web site without any haggling. The money was paid into my bank today. I would have no hesitation to use them again and would highly recommend this service as a quick and hastle free way to sell your van.
