I bought a canvas on ebay last night, and hadn't received an email with any information on how to go about sending over my photo. They replied with a patronising generic response this morning and they clearly hadn't read my initial message properly. I then replied with evidence that I hadn't received the required information and explained that I didn't like their patronising response, but proceeded to go ahead with my order and sent over the photo via email. Half an hour later they cancelled my order for no good reason then lied to ebay and said I hadn't sent them the photo! Terrible service, will definitely not be using again. A little kind & courteous communication with your customers wouldn't go a miss!! Thankfully I've now found someone else who can create my canvas for slightly more money in a bigger size. It wouldn't have been as big of a deal if I hadn't ordered this as a birthday present. Thank goodness I ordered within plenty of time so that I could find the other seller. Just appalling. Funny how after reading these reviews others have mentioned the owners attitude and some of the reviews are from years ago! It seems not much has changed then!!!

I wanted to order a triptych canvas as wall art for a big blank wall in our living area. Prices online ranged between £167 and £222 (excluding postage) for the size that we wanted. This company advertised the product for £51. How could this be as good as a product costing mire than five times as much? I considered paying the top price but thought that even then there was no guarantee that the product would satisfy. So, thinking that it was less money to risk I opted for what turns out to be a fairly local company. My order was courteously acknowledged, beautifully produced and packaged and speedily dispatched arriving on the fifth working day. The result is absolutely fantastic. I feel that my photography has been greatly enhanced by this product and am inspired to do more creative projects. I cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews. Based on my experience, I can only think this: if you are ordering a large scale image of a customised photograph, the quality has to be of really good quality in the first place in terms of focus and sharpness. A picture which is not sharp will look absolutely terrible if blown up ten or twenty times. You can only get this kind of quality with a high megapixel camera. Pictures taken on mobile devices generate internet worthy files which are small and will pixelate if magnified to any great extent. Suffice to say that my experience provided exceptional quality and exceptional value for money. Thank you to the team at Your Canvas Printing.

I was in a bit of a panic as had misplaced my photos and when found the right memory card had a limited time to order a 3 split canvas. I decided to order from Your canvas printing as they had pretty speedy printing times. additionally to that I wrote a message along with the order to request if it is possible to speed up the process. Well I placed my order on Monday morning and had the canvases by Tuesday afternoon! The quality was also brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend. Thanks, You enabled my gift to be ready on time.

I wish I had read all these reviews before I waited 33 days for an order that was never going to show up. Agree with previous posts about the owner's arrogant, almost belligerent attitude. I had to ask FOUR times if I could have an update on the expected delivery date after waiting 30 days, and received an email stating that I'd received a refund - no reason given. What a waste of time and energy. Very disappointing, however, on reading these reviews, I am sure I would not have been satisfied with the picture quality, as it sounds like that is pretty ordinary as well. I'm now left without the gift for my parents-in-law that I had spent so much time waiting for, and have to waste more time trying to find an alternate provider. Buyer beware.

We had a gorgeous panoramic photo of Bamburgh beach taken on a recent trip which we wanted to reproduce and use as a feature in our newly redecorated living room. We found this company on the internet and as the reviews were mainly positive and they were very competitively priced we decided to use them. We orderd the largest panoramic canvas they do and uploaded the photo to their website. The following day I decided that the picture would actually fit better in either greyscale or sepia so visited the website for contact details. Was a little dismayed to find that the only contact number is a premium rate number so decided to email instead. After sending two emails over a number of days I had no response so after a little digging online I found a local rate number to call. To cut a long story short I was told that my request had been noted and the canvas was actually on it's way to me. Would have been nice to have an acknowledgement of my request to save me having to follow up with a telephone call. Having said that, we received the canvas a few days later and we are delighted with it. The canvas was delivered via UPS and was extremely well packaged. After reading the previous review we were very anxious but this was unfounded, we rang the company to let them know how happy we were with the canvas and would not hesitate in using them again. I would have given 5 out of 5 but I feel their communication was a little lacking.

Ordered a print of a special photograph. When piture arrived it was almost unrecognisable, poor picture quality, colour etc. Nothing like the picture i saw on the web-site before clicking order. Worse was the atritude of the owner who was simply awful to deal with, poor communications and arogant beyond belief. Apparently it was all my fault for ordering on a mobile device which tells me their systems are bery out of date. Do Not use these people they are simply awful - poor product worse was disgusting attitude. AVOID at all costs just a waste of time and money.

I ordered a canvas of a personal photo, when the canvas arrived it was a completely different colour . The grass on my photo was green but on the canvas it was brown. Also there were shinny patches on the canvas. When I contacted the company they refused to do anything for me. Would never ordered from them again. Very upset customer.

I recently ordered a canvas as a gift, the person emailed me constantly ...keeping me up to date with process and lots of advice on the photos I sent..it arrived very quickly and I was delighted with the result, it wasn't expensive but the result was impressive, I would definatly recommend and will use again...fantastic company

Ordered a 54" x 36" (inches) 3 part canvas of a photo I took on holiday. I use quite a high quality MP camera (24.2MP) and was satisfied the quality will be just as good blown up, which it is. My only problem was in my photo the part where it splits, it was through my sons head, so I emailed the company asking if they could customise it so the sides were 17 inches and the middle was 20inches to try salvage my sons head. The canvas was £62 with £8pp so I was a bit on edge when I didn't have any response to my email but I ordered on Wednesday and my canvas came Monday morning! I was chuffed !! The quality was superb, the image is crystal clear and I got the measurements I wanted. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. It was the only place I could find that would split the image. It looks beautiful on the wall throughly delighted ! 9/10. Only downside was no response to my email!

I was really disappointed with the quality of my canvas. It was blurry, scratched and damaged in one corner. I have emailed the company asking for a refund but looking at other reviews I'm not going to hold my breath. I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying it.

Honestly as a family we could not be happier with the quality of the product or service received from this company. We looked online for printed canvases, although there were many different canvas printing companies we found Your Canvas Printing to offer excellent value for money. With deals often available on all size canvases and nationwide UK delivery you cannot go wrong. This company definitely supplied what we ordered and we could not be happier, so much so that all our friends and family have ordered printed canvases from them too. Anyone looking for photo or canvas prints this is the place to go!

Ordered one canvas. Perfect, ordered second of same image and two blemishes. When needed customer service, poor response. Had to email, resend email several times to get a response. They were not interested and blamed original photo that I had submitted, but the first canvas was fine (with the same photo). Ordered five weeks in advance of Mothering Sunday for a gift and they let me down. No refund, replacement, apology. More than disappointed. Wouldn't use again.

No customer service skills from the employees at Your Canvas Printing. I called and asked them to confirm that the image wasnt distorted (when it was uploaded it looked perfect). When someone FINALLY replied (after 3 nagging phone calls from me), he sent a screen print of the image on his design sheet. It actually looked good. When I got the canvas, the Quality = terrible! I even asked if I should reduce the size of the image to improve the quality. His response "Nah, it looks good". I was over charged and am waiting for a refund and after 6 weeks of waiting, I am still waiting!! No one replies to emails and they can barely talk on the phone. In summary, AVOID!!!

I ordered a Panoramic print from these for a Christmas present - very easy to upload pictures on the website however there was no warning on what the quality would be like. When it arrived it was horrible - The whole images was pixalated and could hardly make out the image - when i contacted them i got a response saying i should have noticed the bad quality on the screen when i uploaded the image (which looked perfect quality when i uploaded it). Many ignored phone calls and emails later i still haven't heard anything and i'm £40 down stuck with a terrible canvas!!

Avoid using www.yourcanvasprinting.co.uk if you want any canvases printed. Their quality control and customer service are non existent. I ordered two identical canvases as Christmas presents and what arrived were two heavily marked and scratched canvases, one with really obvious printer lines. Niether canvas was viewable from any angle without being able to see scratches and what looked like massive smears. I would not have hung them in my shed let alone given them as gifts. After politely emailing a couple of times and receiving no reply back, I had to spend a month trying to claim my money back through paypal, which left me out £12 as paypal doesn't cover return postage, yet they force you to return the items before issuing a refund. I know the seller is responsible for return postage costs of faulty goods but that would involve trying to get them to respond by use of CAB or Trading Standards. tbh I am just happy to have the £60+ back that these cost so I could get new canvases printed from decent companies.

Ordered a panoramic canvas, great price recieved 5 days later fantastic quality exactly what i ordered... only gripe i have is there was nothing sent to give me an idea of when it would be delivered from order stage. i would definitely use them again, and would highly reccomend. Tim

What a terrible company - you are better off paying for a quality service So the story is....I bought my canvas' and paid for them. They turned up, but were printed incorrectly. So I called and I had to return them to the company, at my own cost, which they promised to return. Since then I have heard nothing. they have my money, and the canvas and it cost me to return them! Disgusting service. They wont answer any of my emails, or return my calls, let alone give me my money back or even send me what I ordered. This company is just out to take your money and provide no service My advice - you get what you pay for so stay well clear.

Sorry to hear you have had a similar problem to me with this seller. Just thought I would mention that I managed to get my money back through the paypal resolution center, if you paid using paypal you should also be able to go this route too. Hope you get this issue settled.

Ordered a canvas over 2 weeks ago and a poster arrived. I emailed yet no response so called and was told sorry they would post out the canvas. That was over a week ago but still nothing. Emailed again but no response. I never write reviews however it is not difficult to communicate with a customer particularly when the order has already been messed up. Avoid
