My canvas costing £45 was lost and i could not get a refund. They said it was because i reported it too late which was about 2 weeks. Orbit print said they would reprint it but were going to charge me £25, i wasnt prepared to spend anymore money. Im so disappointed as I got a lot of canvas pictures of them in the past but will not be using them again or recomending them to anyone. The aftersales service is discusting especially when it was an important photo to me. There should be some way of tracking where it went but they didnt even try. Very upset and dissapointed in Orbit print.

Orbit have captured everything you could ever wish for in bringing a photo to life in there reproduction print onto a canvas. The quality is beyond words and i can only exclaim how 'over the moon' i have been with all the products i have had from them over the past two years. The prices are outstanding. I rate them ****** :)

I went through all the steps for a photo to be made on canvas and there was no error message to say resolution was bad. I was then taken to checkout to make a payment of £40.46 Great! Then I get an email to say the resolution isn't satisfactory and need to pay an extra £32.50 to change the size and make it clearer. I then just asked for a refund as I had found another website called canvas print who would do it for the same price with no issues. I then get a message saying if I want a refund there will be a £10 charge! Anyway after numerous sarcastic and greedy messages from a staff member, I decided to make my claim through PayPal. After PayPal read all messages between myself and the person I dealt with, I won this dispute of course. If you're looking for a great canvas print with fantastic and helpful staff, visit canvas print. Mine looked absolutely beautiful.

Ordered a large canvas as a gift. My first impressions were extremely good, they worked with me to get the best print, helped crop the image etc. Then the canvas arrived - no wonder it was so cheap in comparison to other sites. Made from cheap and flimsy materials it had been damaged in the post to the point where we can't fix it. It is also the wrong size, 15cm longer than ordered. I straight away contacted the company to request a refund to be informed that as it was a custom print they could not do this. I did not want a replacement as I could see that the reason for the damage was the poor quality. After a few fraught emails with the company in which I outlined my statutory right to a refund they are now refusing to deal with me. As another reviewer said - their phone is constantly engaged, even at night when the business is closed. My requests for them to call me have been ignored. I cant imagine worst customer service and I hope the authorities deal with them appropriately - although I fear they are small fish and so will slip the net.

Orbit Print in the past have produced 7 or 8 canvas pictures for me with no probelm. I have just received another picture and i'm not happy with it, after contacting them and explaining the picture is blurry. I have been advised because I approved the proof they cannot/will not redo it for me. The picture was blurry I agree but the picture looked a bit blurry but the actual canvas itself looks much worst. Very disappointed with the service I have received from an on going customer.

Received a misleading and, in my opinion, illegal email which said 'Canvas prints from £7.99. Free delivery'. When I tried to buy a canvas, it turned out that the £7.99 option was non-standard and not available unless you put in specific dimensions. I could perhaps forgive that but it turns out that there is ONLY free delivery on orders over £30. That may be justified, but that's NOT what it said on the email. When I pointed this out they (Geraint) said it was clear on their shipping page - alas, they make no mention of their shipping page on the advert. This company has been referred to the appropriate authorities.

I ordered a standard A1 canvas print which was processed and despatched promptly, with feedback at each stage of the process. It was packaged well enough to survive the delivery intact and the quality of the canvas and mount were as advertised and I have no complaints there. Where Orbit lost 2 stars is in the quality of the printing. There is very noticeable banding in the print, the sort you get when printing in economy mode on an inkjet printer. The colour range is also limited. A Magenta flower looks muted and flat compared to the original photograph. When viewed from a distance of more than 4 feet the flaws don't appear as pronounced although I would have expected any flaws to be from the original photograph and not ones caused by the printer. I said I would recommend them to a friend if they were after a cheap canvas print and weren't bothered at all about quality. Otherwise I would employ the proverbial bargepole.

My print arrived & is awful. i paid for a proof e mail & the photo looked perfect....... when it arrived it was so blurred it is of no use to anyone. this was to be a gift for friends so im very disappointed with end result. at no time was i told photo was not good, but clearly this should have been seen while making the canvas! How any company can forward such a terrible print is beyond me!

I have just been told that a canvas I requested can't be made because of the size of the image. they asked for the original which I said was on a camera which I don't have and cant get as it is for the owner of the camera- as a surprise! I was told that I had to get the original as they can't print it otherwise. I asked about alternative options but eventually said it seems my only option will be to cancel- but I was told I would get charged a cancellation fee- for something which hasn't even been prepared AND it isn't as though I changed my mind- they were the ones that told me it couldn't be printed!!!! I said that if I told the person about what I had planned (ie. no longer a surprise!!) and got the image from the camera for it to be printed, could I get the postage fee that I paid back- NO! - even though I would not be getting the canvas for the date that I paid to have it on! Never use them!

First time I've ordered from Orbit, I am really pleased with my purchase. I was informed every step what stage my order was at. Although there are some poor reviews I found everything spot on. Very good value for money and the quality of the canvas was excellent. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you

The delivery company lost my canvas after 2.5 hours of wasted time trying to recover it! Orbit refused to refund as it's not in their 'terms and conditions'!!!! Obviously they have no idea of consumer law and appalling customer service. Don't use this company

I ordered a canvas for Mothers Day and was informed post sale they could not do this with he picture I provided. I then cancelled my order and was informed that I would pay a 25% cancellation cost. The order had not even been started! I would understand if I had canceled post production. They have sent me numerous emails arguing against it and I am yet to receive a refund confirmation. Be careful when placing your order

I ordered a canvas of my friend and her husband from their wedding. When I recieved the canvas it was terrible, dark patch over the suit. When trying to contact Orbit the phone was constantly engaged so had to email them. This didnt get me anywhere they just kept saying it needs time to dry...well this should have been dry when it was sent out to me. When eventually I did manage to talk to someone on the phone she told me the picture quality was bad. I asked do they not contact me before doing it and sending out a "bad quality picture". She said no as when some people have died they still want the picture. I was disgusted at what she had just said. My best friend had just got married not died. I asked for a refund and they refused, no apology. I am now left with a picture of which I cannot give as a wedding present. Awful service!

I ordered and paid for 10,000 flyers. I sent off my PDF of how it should look and they sent back a proof of what they would do. However when the flyers arrived they were the wrong colour. Orbit will not reprint or give me my money back! But offered me a discount!! What good is a discount on something you did not want or order!!!!

You order on line, everything seems fine and they take your money. Then a few days later they say the image you sent is not up to standard, I did not have another image, so requested to cancel. They then want a cancellation fee! If I knew the image was no good to begin with I would never have ordered, why is the website allowing you to upload and order on this basis!!!

Was debating on whether to go with this company due to their poor reviews but thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt.....maybe people only feel like writing bad reviews and good service gets forgotten. They were definitely one of the cheapest I found on the internet. I paid to review the picture-I would DEFINITELY recommend doing this-although in reality they only send you back the picture you have sent them-but I had opted to have the photo wrap around-they send me the picture back with legs and arms cut into and feet missing! I then requested a dark brown edging instead-as was too lazy to faff around sorting the photo out in order to do this properly. Within 24 hours my canvas had been dispatched, and another 24 hours and I received it. The picture came out very well and they had matched the edging to the majority of the pictures background-which was a nice unexpected touch. The packaging was slightly dented and feel they could do with wrapping it better, as wouldnt take a lot to do the picture damage. I am very happy with the service I received and the quality and price of their product!!!

I was unsure as to whether or not to order from this company because of some very negative reviews on here. I understand that everyone's experiences are different and i'm not disputing that others have obviously had problems but my overall experience from start to finish with Orbit has been perfect. They kept me informed and answered all my questions politely and quickly...and I had lots of questions!! The canvas I ordered arrived today and it is stunning! Excellent quality and a great price! Cannot fault them at all!!

We ordered Correx signs from Orbit Print and sent Hi-Resolution Artwork which was a simple single colour & very clearly Royal. The signs we received were purple, we have been unable to contact Orbit Print by phone. The e-mail response we have had claims the difference in colour is down to the fabric of the sign. We regularly digitally print clothing & promotional items & whilst there is sometimes a slight difference in colour depending on the fabric NEVER does Royal become Purple. I would recommend avoiding this company.
