Ordered a large canvas as a gift. My first impressions were extremely good, they worked with me to get the best print, helped crop the image etc.
Then the canvas arrived - no wonder it was so cheap in comparison to other sites.
Made from cheap and flimsy materials it had been damaged in the post to the point where we can't fix it. It is also the wrong size, 15cm longer than ordered.
I straight away contacted the company to request a refund to be informed that as it was a custom print they could not do this. I did not want a replacement as I could see that the reason for the damage was the poor quality.
After a few fraught emails with the company in which I outlined my statutory right to a refund they are now refusing to deal with me.
As another reviewer said - their phone is constantly engaged, even at night when the business is closed. My requests for them to call me have been ignored.
I cant imagine worst customer service and I hope the authorities deal with them appropriately - although I fear they are small fish and so will slip the net.
