Canvas print received, with a defective and damaging mark on the focal point of the image! Customer services were a waste of time and I was told NOT to return the item?! Surely this is a duty that you are entitled to if you are not happy with your purchase?!?!

yesyou would have thought that you could get a refund if you werent satisfied with the product my canvas came with the photo just in the top right hand corner of a large canvas i tried to get my money back the company didnt want to know
