I have been looking for some art for ages. i found this website and was delighted on the search process. The framing process was great as it takes away the hassle of getting it done locally.

I was kept upto date about the delivery and when it arrived the packaging was great. Well presented and robust.

The handy hints of how to hang a picture was also good.

So, well done. I think you have thought about the customer at every step og the buying process.

I notice you can search by colour. This is usfeul as we often want a picture to go with a colour scheme in a room. I did feel that this could be improved to be a little more precise. For example I was looking for 'raspberry' and could not find more.
