Not honoring it! Sad Very sad I have been a big customer for years

I ordered a canvass and got a confirmation on March 18, 2018 stating that my canvass would be shipped in four days. Its April 4th and I am still waiting.

My replacement print just arrived and it is great. You responded very quickly. The quality is superb and I will recommend your company to friends and family. Keep up your good work.

I want to make sure that when this order is sent to my client that there are no invoice or billing included upon delivery so my client does not see the cost ! Thank You ! Did not know how you usually handle this !

Canvas4Life has been my go-to for canvas prints for a while now. I have yet to see anyone else match their selection of sizes, frame depths, wrap/bleed options, and coatings. Pricing is competitive. Print quality has been consistently outstanding. But what impresses me most is something I just learned about with my most recent print... they actually have humans in the loop reviewing canvas layouts prior to printing (to ensure there isn't anything unexpected in terms of cropping/framing, etc), versus relying strictly on software/image analysis. For my latest print, I had cropped the picture exactly to the aspect ratio of the canvas size I wanted to print, and there was important stuff all the way out to the edges of the picture. I found that when I was preparing the print using the online preview tool, the preview showed the picture being slightly cropped and cutting off things I wanted to preserve (even with the appropriate bleed settings). So I sent a quick message to the customer support e-mail, asking if the preview was "what you see is what you get," so I'd know whether I had to try to adjust my picture. Within a few hours, I had a very helpful reply back from J. on the support team. She explained that the preview can at times be a little quirky, and there was effort underway to improve it. She also said that each canvas is reviewed by a person, and if there were any specific needs/concerns (such as mine about no cropping) they can be added to the order and passed along to the print techs. I replied back to J. with my order number and a description of how I wanted the canvas to look, and she confirmed receipt of my message and passed the instructions along. When my canvas arrived a few days later, it was PERFECT and looked exactly like I hoped it would.

Way to many emails and I contacted via chat to unsubscribe and she said was on the very bottom. I did see it in red print, hardly visible to the naked eye. After closing chat could no longer see it. 

I wanted to change the shipping address but it would let me go back to do that

I have ordered from Canvas 4 Life before and have also ordered canvases from different companies. I will never order a canvas anywhere else after I have seen the difference in quality. Great product. I used to always be surprised by how quickly prints arrived, and pleased with the value. Prices have gone up, which I wouldn't have minded as long as the quality and customer services were improved, or at least comparable to before. For reasons that I don't understand, order processing now takes longer and based on the status of "dispatched" and the fact that no Shipping Tracking ID is available, I have no idea as to when my package might arrive. I used to recommend Canvas 4 Life to friends and family members, but after this experience am just left disappointed.
