I ordered an iPad Air. It arrived within 4 business days. Yes, I had to pay import (VAT) duty on it but that was made perfectly clear before I bought it. Sadly, few people seem to read the detail and only focus on the headline and then are surprised when they are asked to pay import duties. The product was still £40 less than in the UK
