Wanted to try them out, won't be using them again

I have bought a voucher from a online coupon like website for a 98-page album at Truprint.co.uk, only to realize that it is not such a straight-forward process.

I have called Truprint on 3 different occasions, however their solution hasn't worked. When I called for the 4th time, I was told that the voucher had expired. No amount of explaining that their solution had not worked the previous 3 times helped and I was told that I simply lost the value of my voucher.

While the 20 GBP that I've sank into this test are not something that I'll be regretting for a long while, it is the fact that I've spent hours putting together the album which was supposed to be a present for a relative.

Long story short, I have purchased 12 photoalbums from their (I'd say) main competitor over the past year, as well as ordering prints for the company I'm working for. Because of the voucher I've decided to give it a go with Truprint, however this wont be the case again.
