Purchased 60 Christening cards and when I received them they were cut off centre so that a flower garland decoration on the card was off to one side making the cards look really bad. I wrote to the Truprint asking for this to be looked at and had the worst and most unprofessional responses repeatedly from one of their 'Customer Relations' Team. The invitations were eventually redone and sent with the garland centred but this time with the print for the wording off focus. I have never written any reviews online like this but this individual was so unhelpful and rude - its such a shame someone like that is representing the company.
