I ordered a photo on canvas from Truprint as a present for my sister's Ruby Wedding which hasn't been delivered. When I rang to advise I hadn't received delivery, I was told to contact Parcelforce and it took me several calls to obtain the tracking number. When I contacted Parcelforce they told me it was the wrong number and to provide the full tracking number and as I was at work, I rang yet again and was tols they would have to contact me later. I then received a snotty email asking why did I want the number again when I had alreadfy been given it.
The customer experience is appalling and their customer service is zilch and very unhelpful
