Ordered a Batch of photos, some digital which I had made with Instagram. I understand the resolution isn't as high as unprocessed images, but I carefully selected the option Not to crop the images, and yet they arrived with the top and bottom cut off. I can't do anything with many of the photos.

Usually truprint are pretty good, but this time I was disappointed. Don't people LOOK at the images before sending them back?

Would appreciate another print run or at least some photo credits.

Same problem!

I had edited one of the photos to frame just what I needed. I wanted this enlarged and ordered a 10x8. Everything came quickly and I would have been pleased with the ease and quality but, alas, there had been no warning or option given about keeping proportions, so my expensive 10x8 was cropped in the wrong direction and is useless.
