SLR HUT - Would Not Recommend

I would not recommend this company ay all and wished I looked at the reviews prior to making a purchase.
Luckily I made payment through PayPal and I am holding faith that they will refund me my full amount!
I purchased a drone from this site as it was £200 cheaper (what was i thinking - too good to be true)
Had a call 2 days later off asking if I wanted a additional battery, I agreed. 30 minutes later the money was taken.
2 days later I still had not had a confirmation email regarding this purchase which I found very strange emailed the company and started Googling SLR Hut reviews and starting reading what i didn’t want to hear.
Things like not official UK product, imported from the US with no customs chargers paid.
If you read there fine print it says all returns will be subject to a 8% processing fee which i find can not be held to.
I raised a dispute with PayPal and told the company via email which he said if i have raise a issue they will not issue a refund.
So as it stands I’m waiting for PayPal to make a decision on this surely there can only be one outcome.
