I am having a terrible experience with the online shop and their customer service. I expected the delivery time to be 3-7 days after confirmation that it has been shipped. I ordered 2-3 weeks ago and still have not received an email that it has been shipped (nor do I think it has shipped). I sent an email to customer service and help, and got an automated message that they will reply me within one business day. I still have not gotten a response yet. I really wanted to like Lomography, but so far I've only been disappointed and frustrated.

I built my Konstruktor very carefully, looking forward to using it on holiday with my daughters, who were fascinated by the kit and the film rolls. However, on final assembly, it was clear the shutter release was binding on the camera body somewhere, and was not working properly. I contacted Lomo, who asked me to send a video of the problem. I did, and then they asked me to return the Konstruktor to them in Vienna, which I did, promising they would either diagnose the problem or send a replacement. They have had the camera now since the 6th August, and I have had no response. It is probably too much to expect they could return it at the same speed I sent it to them, but my emails asking for an update have been ignored and I have heard nothing at all from them, even an acknowledgement of receipt (I had to check the parcel had been signed for to show they had received it). I guess I won't be using the camera on holiday.

I really like the lomography online shop! You can find a lot of cameras and films there. They send the things you order very fast. And the web is very easy to use.You can find lots of interesting and useful articles there. I love the lomography shop! The web is very clean and useful and they send you the things you order very quickly. It's a shame that sometimes they don't have a lot of diferent films or some of them are out of stock. In cameras and accesories there are a lot of options and sometimes with nice offers :) it's an excellent way to buy that kind of products, specially when you live far away from a lomo shop.

I´m happy with this online shop in general. I usually make 3 or 4 orders per year with the piggies I accumulate thanks to collaborations with their magazine or contests. But I´ve missed a lot of films lately and I think that it would be very important that they bring them back to the shop, because an analogue camera without film is nothing!

It's your one stop shop for everything Lomography! I love the way everything is explained and how they give you both, product shots and sample shots of what you an do with each camera as well as the film. The selection is very varied and the customer service is excellent. If you don't have a Lomography Store in your town, the online shop is the next best thing. One more thing to keep a look at is their bundles section, you can get a camera with real nice accessories at a discounted price.

I bought some cameras in the Lomography online store. On one hand I'm happy because the shipping was fast, but I had problems with several cameras, which were not working properly. I had to change them. Also an order was lost and after two months returned to send it to me. Yet I still buy many things, like movies, albums, cameras ... because I love everything. It´s the best choice if you like analog photography I love piggies because they help you get your dream camera :)

They have a lot of beautiful analog cameras and the shopping experience is really good. The after-sales service is very satisfactory too. The best thing about the website is that you can pay in cash, piggies or mixing both. One piggie is equivalent to a unit of currency (pound, euro, dollar, etc) and you can get them collaborate on the web with articles or competitions.

I am usual buyer of the online shop of Lomography and general I am veryhappy. I have never had a problem, or the products or shipments and could be said that I am satisfied. The bad thing is that lately there is little variety in terms of film and the films are out of stock a lot of times. There are many cameras but little material with which to work with them. In summary, it is a store that works well but should take care of more stock.

It ist the perfect shop for you if you like to try analogue photography. They sell different cameras, camera accessoires, films and fun stuff for any budget. As an analogue lover, lomography.com is almost an essential and I have bought quite a number of cameras, films and accessories from the site. The piggy system is great and definitely helps out when you're saving for an expensive camera. There are some minor problems though,the most noticeable being film being out of stock frequently.It would be nice to see a larger range of film and accessories/lenses for cameras other than the Diane. On the whole a great site though.

I am quite happy in general with lomography service and piggies politics, is it great to achieve new cameras through colaboration with magazine or contest, but ,there is a but, nowadays there aren´t many films in the online shop and regular users need them!

Lomography it's a good company, good web (sometimes not) but it changed a lot of in a few years. The photos aren't good quality to see it on web site. And the most important thing, FILM! Lately the online shop is always out of stock! The best: the people I met.

I'm glad to Lomography because it was my first "contact" with analogue photography. Just two years ago I was absolutely ignorant about film photography, c41, e6, cross process, medium format, etc. Reading tipsters, camera and film reviews helped me to get involved in the amazing world of analogue photography. The piggies system is great, but the shop is too often lacking of films. I also think that plastic/toys cameras are too much expensive.

I love Lomography and I often I buy analogue cameras, films or accessory on its online shop. it is very convenient as you can save money collecting "piggies" (writing or translating articles or winning a competition). Delivery is very fast and I have never had problem. The only downside is that the films are frequently out of stock.
