I ordered a photo book from their online site, their trackign system eventually said despatched, after a week I contacted them by email (no phone number available) and received a standard "can you confirm your address so we can ship it out" reply - why did I have to wait until I contacted them to receive this question. After another week, still no book, then after another week, their status system updates to show the item being re-printed and still as despatched. Have launched a PayPal dispute to get my money back - fed up of the lies and waiting. I should have taken note of the other reveiws for this shower of idiots.
