MY FIRST ORDER WITH FOTO.COM IN MID 2012 TOOK APPROX. 9 DAYS BUT STILL TWICE AS LONG AS ALDI. BEING A MEMBER OF 'WHICH'I FOLLOWED THEIR RATINGS OF THE BEST ONLINE PROCESSORS AND TRANSFERRED MY PROCESSING TO FOTO.COM ..... WHAT A MISTAKE ! MY RECENT ORDER CONFIRMED BY THEM ON THE 17TH FEB HAS BEEN IN DESPATCH FOR 7 DAYS AND IN PACKAGING FOR 2 DAYS ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE.TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM VIA E-MAIL IS POINTLESS AND THERE WOULD APPEAR TO BE NO PHONE NUMBER. AT LEAST WHEN DEALING WITH ALDI YOU CAN ALWAYS GO TO THEIR LOCAL SHOP MANAGER IF THINGS GO HOPELESSLY WRONG (ALTHOUGH HE MIGHT NOT APPRECIATE IT) FOTO.COM SHOULD AMEND THEIR WEBSITE WHERE IT STILL STATES PROCESSING 2/3 DAYS AND DESPATCH 2/3 DAYS
