You will never win this site and other sites like this. Does not matter how much money you put in days months years you will never WIN. Stay away save your sanity.

My account got dissabled 2 days ago even tho i only go on it 1st if each month i have been trying to contact them past 2 days but no reply from supposed safe play team been told take 72 hours to get back to me disgusting customer service dont have any answers to my questions if they keep up this carry on they will lose a lot of customers as i know of a few that has dissabled there own account

Been a member for a total of five weeks. I have made a point to jot down the big winners of every game that I have participated in just for my own peace of mind. Appalled and truly shocked to see the very same winners names pop up time and time again for every single game! This must be a joke right? This game is obviously fixed and the site seriously needs to be investigated big time... Not naming actual names, but names similair to 'JamessMom', 'Mumofthree, 'nanaoffive etc etc... Its brazen, its outrageous. Won't be coming back again, that's for sure. Do yourself a favour and don't bother with this site!

I had never heard of this site as don't play bingo but recieved a letter yesterday dated 12/03/24 for my husband containing a cheque supposidly from his recent withdrawal request !.He passed away 5 years ago and never played bingo so totally confused . Apart from being very upsetting it is ridiculous so would avoid them at any cost

I've been with tombola for over 10 years, since they sold it to flutter entertainment it's gone downhill! RTP is basically non existent, bonuses are few and far between. I have personally had 36 DEAD spins in one round and 2 Empty bonus to rounds. I checked my deposits over the last month and it was £470! I have withdrawn £0! I find it impossible to play ANY game and not get a return, I play on other reputable sites and have not lost as much as I have here. Will be permanently deleting my account, site needs to be investigated by the Gaming commission ASAP

i have been with tombola for many years as many other ppl have said the site has gone down hill fast no wins or if u lucky to get one it will take it back just as fast as it has given u it i have just had my ac shut as it has been pulled (random they say) 2nd time in 10 months had to send my bank staements to prove i can play on the site then get a phone call off them as they have gone though my credit file and want proof of my payments on my mothly bills ie letters they went though everything and i had had it up to my eyes and just said look ur not getting them simple so with in 4 mins i got a email saying my ac had been closed its not a loss to me but if ur thinking off joining please run for the hills

Tombola has changed so much since they sold their soul to the devil,hardly any bonus rounds,empty spins and if you are lucky enough to win its not much.Loads of ghost players on there aswell,winning the jackpots.And the Advent Calendar this year was joke,25p wins and free plays that are empty.You can't say anything in chat though cos you get jumped on by the Tombola sheep brigade and the CM,i know how gambling works cos i used to work in the industry but Tombola is a joke and really needs to be looked at.

My account was shut down as I made a mistake by having an account after my partner got a game block on his. When he tried to open his account again tombola shut both accounts. I understand you can only have one account open but why couldn't they just say no to my partner and close that one. Been a good few years on site. Be aware as you get no customer support. It was alright when they took the money out of your bank. Thing is they could have explained to us and we would have been more than happy to close one of the accounts ie the partners. Tombolab you need to support and treat your customers better. Would never recommend this site to anyone. If you can't have multiple accounts why was we allowed to open 2 in the first place.

I have been playing on tombola for many years and I have spent thousands of pounds there. I was not having much luck and I made a flippant comment about putting up a YouTube clip of the game I was playing with the song road to nowhere in the background. Of course I would not really do that but all of a su8my chat was blocked. I logged off and tryed to log back in to see that my account had been frozen and to grovel back the the live chat to discuss it. I was angry sibi didn't and so the day later I received an email spouting on about copyright and the such and that my account of may years had been deleted all this from a remark in chat. Someone seriously thinks they are special there by escalating this chat comment to an account being deleted it just shows how little they care about thier customers who without them they would not be in a job but also that they really don't like thier poorly perfoing games criticised by anyone. Don't made comments you may get erased. Just go and play on other sites that are a bit more understanding because Tombola only care about your cash and thier awfully bad brand.

Terminally closed my account with no other reason than they BELIEVE I breached their terms and conditions. This is wrong. They would not provide proof of this. I was losing then all of a sudden i went on a winning streak and bam account closed lol. They won't even release my funds. So new players I advise you to stay away unless you want to win money and then they snatch it off you with no reason at all. The business needs looking at

Would not recommend Tombola to anybody, treat players disgusting and block there accounts for some made up reason, without any evidence whatsoever after playing for many years my account was suddenly disabled, I used a new bank card to deposit into my account as I have a new bank account and suddenly my account was disabled, then a few minutes later my mums account was disabled, according to tombola we was sharing a bingo account, after there so called investigation lol, the only thing we share is our house, totally different accounts, we don't even have the same bank ffs, absolute joke of a site, avoid at all costs.

My account just got disabled because I said on the chat that the majority of spins are empty and they have no loyalty to the regulars only the newbies! cm's can be bossy and rude, same players seem to always win which is fishy. you have to spend around £1.000 before u get a sniff off £200 back. 1tg's stick all the time. obviously fixed. 11 of us have givin up on it
