Absolute joke deposit after deposit 800 pound in total over 2 days and could only withdraw 80 pound the week before 700 pound and withdrawn 160 I don't think there payout percentage are correct someone from the gaming board needs to check this site out

Registered this month, won and withdrew no problem via PayPal . On second win , requested withdrawal and heard nothing for a week. Called up and was told it had been sent a few days before and would be in my account within five days. No money turns up so I call and call only to be ignored. 26 calls later I get through only to find out I had been lied to and the funds had not been sent as promised. Fuming is an understatement. As of yet still awaiting this money. Throughout this no contact from the company to let customers know what is happening or any replies to emails. As soon as it is in my account I'll be leaving and never touching again , clearly money is only of importance to them when they are on the receiving end

Iceland have changed their site so when you win from a bonus fund this money goes into the bonus fund and you need to have a wagering requirement to be able to withdraw the money. It is terrible because they say it is super easy to find your wagering requirement but it is not even on the website. they just want to keep you playing. They have also removed the FREE games for winning vouchers The website was good but now it is awful

Deposit £20, win £200 :) deposit another £10 to allow me to withdraw, withdrew £100, I then won £80 I then withdrew a further £100.. I then got blocked, phoned customer service, they claimed I had only £90 on my site, n there was no transaction taking place! They also claimed after I withdrew my winnings I then reversed them back Into bingo, which I 100% did not! As when I did run out of credit funds I played with my bonus money.. I win then get blocked and transactions cancelled, suspicious! I strongly recommend anybody to not play this site! If I don't get my winnings that I genuinly successfully won, I shall do what I can to get this site closed down, papers! Internet! .. BE AWARE FOLKS!

I logged in to my account today and my balance had been set to zero. I phoned support and was told that if you do not log in within 3 months, your account balance is wiped. This is really unfair, and certainly not the way I would expect an Iceland branded site to operate.

Very fishy. Never won, not even 1 line. 3 family members registered and played and nothing! Saw someone win 3x in a row in a room of 70+ people! The same people seen to win every time. Think of having a dice with 70 sides and rolling 15 3x in a row. Not likley.
