After a week I’m still waiting for VAT refund (I live in the Channel Islands) and also the items I ordered! Can’t get to speak to anyone at the company. Tried to write a review on their website but they don’t allow you to post a bad one!

Found the products I wanted to order fairly easily on the website using the search. The prices were low compared to a few other online stationery suppliers I checked out online. Payment was nice and easy and it was convient to be able by Paypal.
Over it thought it was a good website and the overall service was brilliant, my goods were delivered within 20 hours of placing my order!!!
