Easy to use website and search system. Spoke to customer services with a query which was answered immediately and in detail. These guys do know their stuff.

Goods once ordered arrived next day, in secure packing and were exactly as described.

The pens themselves are beautiful, (I love pens!) and have provoked several "ooh where did you get that?" responses from colleagues.

Couldn't have been happier with the service and quality.
