They tie you to a contract after yours expires without letting you know. The small print says you can then buy out for 3 months cost of bills or they will charge you for a full year you haven't signed up to! I am livid and it looks like every other review is as well. What an absolutely abysmal service. I don't know why a company would do this. Angel Springs are completely useless and their customer service is diabolical. You cannot get anywhere with their incompetent staff who wouldn't know how to organise a raffle at a kids party. I've had such a terrible experience with Angel Springs from the moment they took over from a PHS Waterlogic contract and I cannot wait to get out of a contract with them and move over to a better supplier. I have been with angel springs since sept 2011 And cancelled my contract Nov 2016 and was told I could only cancel 90days prior to my starting date , which I was unaware of , I don't remember ever reading this in the contract back in 2016 , so they have billed me £119.78 since November and still making this impossible to cancel and won't pick up the water cooler , omg they are making this impossible to cancel this machine , I will be contacting a citizen advise asap , avoid them 100% this is… Read Full Review

Was offered the 'free' trial, which I stupidly took. I really wasn't keen to go ahead, but as I'd been advised that a portion of the money went to a charity, I agreed to a 12 month contract. 6 months in, I'd had enough and advised them I wished to cancel the contract. We recently signed a contract with Angel "Springs" to supply us our spring water. After a list of problems, heater not working, cooler not working, having to request the machine to be routinely cleaned....... and having waited on the phone for in excess of 45mins a time!!!! We joined Angel Springs in August 2016 and have 2 deliveries between August and now - January! - and those two deliveries were only received because we had to keep ringing to say that our order had not been received! We received insincere apologies from their 'customer service' department. We were promised free water because of their ineptitude staff. This eventually turned up 6 weeks later. I am beyond thankful that I never got involved with this company. I had a representative come into my shop who asked if I wanted a FREE trial to test out their water machines. He assured me it wouldn't cost me a thing and that if I wasn't interested they would simply take the machine back. Fair enough I thought, and they brought me a machine. I really do not know how we entered into a 4 year agreement for water after only have run a business for 1 year at the time. They are a big rip off and misled customers. We had not realised we had entered into a rolling contract as we signed up years ago, apparently it renews itself and they don't need to send us a copy? Finally after much argument with their customer service agreed to reduced cancellation fees, however when the invoice arrived they had charged us an extra month and a sanitisation fee! Avoid this company. We advised this company that we were moving offices in May and did not require the cooler as a plumbed supply is now available. We are now in September and despite numerous correspondences we still have the cooler and are now being told that we are unable to cancel our contract for 12 months! Please dont touch this company angel springs water coolers with a barge pole. They rang my colleage in work and asked if we,d be intersted in having one of their water coolers free of charge on a 3 week trial. She thought it sounded a good idea and agreed to it. I rang them the day before the 3 weeks was up to confim they were taking the machine away. Dont' bother with this company, they sign you into a contract then overcharge you and tie you into additional 12 month term even though not stated on contract and not informed. “Watch out for clause 3”

It's been said before, but email your cancellation intentions in advance of 3 months, or you will be rolled over for another year (luckily only a year in our case), or more. Customer retention will not allow you to escape from clause 3 even though you sign up for 12 months!!! We were a customer of theirs for 10 years and they were having none of it.
