After receiving many calls to take on the so called 2 week free trial, we finally decided to take the offer up.
After 1 week of having the water cooler we contacted Angel Springs that we do not wish to have the water cooler and if they can pick it up asap. spoke to a lady who wasn’t keen to speak to me after knowing that we don’t want the cooler anymore, she was fast to want to get rid of me and yet didn’t give any info of when it will be picked, luckily before she put the phone down on me, i quickly asked her when it will be taken and also confirmed that we owe them nothing, she agreed then she finally told me the cooler will be picked in 5 working days, this information was not given but forced out of her and then the cooler was picked up in the timescale and taken, 3 months later we receive a letter stating that we owe them £500 for lost cooler, we informed them that it was picked by their courier and has been returned, later they started sending us notice to take us to court and that if so they will charge us £600. this company is a con and is making its money in conning people, they were told many times, further looking into this company we found out this company Angel Springs, have done this to other companies and use different tactics in making money. They are so nice to you when you take on their offer but when you no longer want their coolers they turn to these tactics.

They are very unprofessional

They never called to check how we were getting on with the cooler as they state in their letters and calls

Never called after 2 weeks or asked for any reviews regarding their services

BEWARE of this company
