Signature Home Makeover

The advisor helped us remodel our Canary Wharf apartment. Our apartment is a Grade 1 listed property and we had many issues getting permission to proceed with new bathrooms and in particular a mezzanine.

We were also out of the country for most of this time and were concerned about having someone we could trust undertake this work for us.

We really lucked out finding him. He was patient and persevered through all the planning hassles. He worked exceptionally well with our architect. He also helped connect the various parties including our solicitor to make sure we got all the paperwork done.

However, the most stunning achievement as far as I'm concerned was that he is the only builder I have ever worked with who exceeded our expectations in every way. The work was done on time and on budget. The workmanship was excellent. The end result far exceeded our expectations.

I was initially slightly concerned I was paying a slight premium in using him. Now I would say to anyone who really is concerned about quality, integrity, and excellent customer care. You won't be disappointed.

We got to know Signature because they were hired by our neighbour as their main contractor for their big renovation project. Having seen the quality of their work and their professionalism shown at our neighbour's, we ended up using Signature for many things for our home too. We got to know the team well and we have become friends. We would recommend Signature to anyone because they deserve this - they are a very dedicated, professional and hard working team.

I came across signature through a web search and didn't have any recommendations or referrals. But within a few days of dealing with the team, we were certain we wanted them for our home refurbishment.

The works / costs/ timeline were all agreed in advance and stuck to religiously. They go out of their way to ensure that the consumer has a happy experience. Very impressed indeed. I will be using them again for my kitchen works.

I’m very pleased with this company. I only had some internal renovations carried out (2X new bathrooms, New kitchen, New flooring and a few other minor bits). I was provided with a full breakdown of project costs and a time frame for completion of the works, along with a schedule of the works, prior to handing over a penny, which I was very impressed with that they went to so much trouble to provide me with every bit of information a client would ideally want and more. I can’t seem to upload a photo here to this review site of the work they did, but I can say that it is very good, and I’m quite relieved to be honest to have had the works completed to this standard, as I wasn’t looking forward to finding a builder due to there being a lot out there, which aren’t any good, or are known for overcharging. I’d highly recommend this company to others looking for building works.

I came across Signature Home Makeover through a flyer that was posted through my door. Funny enough it came through just as i was looking to find a contractor to renovate my home in Wimbledon. The job entailed a lot of work (New Kitchen, 3X New Bathrooms, New Flooring, Plumbing etc. It was a very big job!). The property is over 100-years old and hadn't been updated since the 1970's. After calling Signature Home Makeover to enquire into their services i was immediately assigned to a project manager (Edward), who came to visit me at the property with one of the company's Development managers. Within 1-week I had a full break-down of costs and time-frames for the project and i proceeded with development starting only days later. All i can say is that i am so very pleased with the work and end-result Signature Home Makeover delivered. I was kept firmly in the loop throughout the 8-months of the renovation (when i said it was a big job, i mean 'big job'!); however, the end result is something i could have never expected to have been that good. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend the company to others. I will say that the company can be a little more expensive than others, but with that you get what you pay for i.e. Reliable and very professional builders; High-end work and great attention to every detail; Around the clock updates from the management team and so much more. (No nasty surprises either with costs creeping up like you get with the usual contractor).
