The house design and layout appealed to us. Excellent. They have very pleasant and effective sales people who appear to genuinely do their job well. However. Once you're in, they are absolutely hopeless. Numerous snagging items that they dragged out over two years then decide try can't do because the home is then out of warranty (you thought it was a ten year warranty? Wrong, according to TW) 24 MONTHS is all they guarantee their workmanship for. Do not buy from them
