We bought our barratt home 12 years ago and have been very pleased with it I can honestly say we have had no problems with it what so ever! We had only lived in a detached house before so were a little worried about the sound proofing, it was much better than our detached house! We decided to downsize and have just bought and completed on a new home at Malbank waters Nantwich, everything from start to finish was done professionaly, nothing was too much trouble, the snagging was virtually non existing but the little jobs have been done as soon as I mentioned them. The house was finished on time to the day, the only improvment Barratts could make for us and future buyers is to get BT on board ealier, before completion as we work from home and need wifi and a phone line!
