No refunds nor exchange on opened present from my husband. Despite the returns policy on all the walls that the product must be in original packaging, with the receipt and return within 21 days, this means nothing, I have checked their website returns policy which states that DVDs must be unopened, this is a docking station.
Beware before your part with your hard earned cash, think twice and then think again before shopping at hmv
