Just like everyone else is saying. They claim the delivery time is 3-5 days and they charge you on your card super early so "they can get the game in time for you". What a load of cr**. I preordered the Far Cry 3 Insane Edition back in October. They emailed me early telling me the aforementioned lie.

Then on Saturday 24th they said they had dispatched it.

Now its Saturday 1st, December and I still don't have it. Come the eff one I live in Spain, an hour flight from England, and they said 3-5 days. Of course that claim ain't worth s*** because they say (in small letters) that it ain't guaranteed. So yeah, basically its the 10 days maximum.

Never again. I'll just preorder in Amazon, they're way faster and they let you track your package well not like game. I can put my tracking number and they only let me know it has been "shipped". For a whole week. Where is it now? Is it being shipped by snail?

Never again Game. You've lost a customer and it's a shame because i was planning on getting all my games from there from now on. Back to Amazon

I live in the UK and its now the 5th and still no game. I have used web chat 3 times, sent emails which are just automated replies.

This was part of my web chat,

I am sorry but I am really angry with Game we went throught he same thing with Halo and then you sold out of the limted edition so i couldn't get it

i understand how you feel it is better to buy them in the shop so you do not get messed around

georgaline says:
I would still like customer services to actually get back to me even if its only to show they are doing something. My nearest shop is 20 miles away and when you order online it should be delivered

Great advise don't buy from Game online and I will not be using your stores.
Play.com are much better

Its December 6th, I am in the UK and my game is still missing. A lot of people like myself are all in the boat. We tried leaving reviews on the game as no would but guess what Game.co.uk have started to remove the comments. I had to go and buy the game in sainsburys today so I am still out £42.99 until they refund me.
