I am insured with this company currently and have been since January. So far I’ve experienced nothing but great customer service from members of staff. In particular the person I dealt with was extremely sufficient with my requests and seemed like she genuinely cared whilst helping me, rather than it just be fulfilling her job description.
So far so good!
