After many claim-free years(18) of driving a Mondeo V6, I took the plunge and bought a B.M.W. 325 Convertible.My current insurer (AVIVA), quoted £334 with a £400 excess. Most Insurers quoted similar or much more expensive premiums, even with maximum N.C.D.and restricted mileage. Thankfully, Hastings Direct were far more generous, with a premium of £220 and an excess of only £195, even including a protected N.C.D. So, full marks to Hastings in terms of value for money. In addition,I received the policy documentation in 2 days, which leaves all other insurance companies that I've dealt with dead in the water.So,full marks again for customer service. As for dealing with a claim,I'm pleased to say that I can't comment as yet, and hopefully will never be in a position to do so.So far,Haastings are highly recommended.
